recently started to read "secrets of a former fat girl" if i didn't know better I would have thought I wrote the book, so many similar stories etc....
Some great thoughts are that 'its not an options' you just have to do it....and considering I love food so much- perhaps I can augment my food intake with doing exercise....its seems easier to make myself exercise then it does to say no to some foods...
"ve been seeing a counsellor lately to discuss a little about why i'm so obsessed with FOOD....its interesting thought because with the recent birth of my nephew I've gotten to see how food influences our moods, emotions and feelings from such a young age....food soothes that little guy when he's tired, hungry, sad etc....and i think we all learn that way....
for me whenever I have a headache 'maybe its low blood sugar- better eat something'. when I have tummy ache 'its probably cuz I'm hungry' e tc etc....I use food to sooth, and destress....there are lots of happy feelings with food...celebrations etc---food can help you bring those happy thoughts back.......
also why I like to eat out? cuz I spend so much time caring/taking care/working with-for other people that I want someone to serve me
anyways went for a super duper run tonight...in the rain....feeel great....
