planned to have a hamburger for lunch-- also purchased and ate a apple
fritter when I went to buy hamburgerbuns (got white instead of brown)
then I have some cookies...
then for diner 1.5 hamburgers.....and a swiss roll...
could i have stopped myself??? I don't know, I heard myself trying to
talk myself out of it....but did I listen??? umm NO
but I did go for a 20 min run tonight with the dog...but that FAR from
makes up for the bad eating
lets see what tomorrow brings

I don't know why it is so hard to put those things down, when I start doing that, I just stop thinking, I KNOW it is bad, but I just keep chewing... just keep reminding yourself. I think we all fall into the instant change trap, it is not a good idea... pat yourself on the back for the good steps and try harder next time to make a bad thing better.
