Been out running lately- at the pace and distance that I was at previously...HOWEVER my knees have been hurting and I"m slower--my husband that has NOT been trianing beet me at a race this past weekend...
so a really good reason to get back to loosing...to not feel the pain...
the cookies- don't taste as good as finishing the run not in pain!!!
soo I think I'm getting back on the wagon, had a good food day today- subway for breakfast and then 2 cookies and a burger and fries for afternoon lunch....no dinner...and a 39 minute run...
keep on truckin...
